These terms apply to packages offered by Cupid Power Wellness. The services, products and support included in a package depend on the package description shown at the time of purchase.

1. Package inclusions
   Each package may include consultations, assessments, treatment discussions, progress monitoring, a personalised wellness plan, follow-up support, medicines or supplements, diagnostic tests, semen analysis, or in-centre therapies. An item is included only when it is specifically listed in the package selected by the customer.
2. Clinical assessment and suitability
   Services are provided following an appropriate assessment by the relevant healthcare professional. A clinician may recommend, modify, defer or decline a service if it is not clinically appropriate or suitable for the customer. Some tests or therapies may require additional evaluation, consent or preparation.
3. Medical care and outcomes
   A package provides access to the services described in its listing. It does not guarantee a particular diagnosis, treatment, result or health outcome. Treatment decisions are made by the treating professional based on the customer’s individual needs and clinical findings.
4. Consultations and follow-up
   Consultations may be provided online or at the Centre, as specified in the package and arranged by appointment. Follow-up support is subject to the package description, the professional’s clinical advice and the Centre’s operating hours. Teleconsultations are provided in accordance with applicable professional guidelines and may be converted to an in-person consultation where clinically required. 
5. Medicines and supplements
   Medicines and supplements are provided or recommended only when clinically appropriate and prescribed or advised by an authorised professional. Any such items are subject to the package description, prescription requirements and applicable law. Customers should not start, stop or change medication without consulting their healthcare professional.
6. Tests and diagnostic services
   Tests and diagnostic services are subject to availability, clinical suitability and any preparation or consent requirements. The customer will be informed if a recommended test or service is outside the package inclusions or involves an additional charge.
7. In-centre therapies and procedures
   Any therapy or procedure included in a package will be offered only after an assessment confirms suitability and the customer gives informed consent. The provider may postpone or decline the service where clinically appropriate. Separate consent forms or instructions may apply.
8. Appointments and rescheduling
   Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Customers should contact the Centre as early as possible to reschedule or cancel. Late arrival, missed appointments or repeated rescheduling may affect the ability to complete services within the package validity period.
9. Package validity
   The package must be used within the validity period communicated at the time of purchase. The validity period, activation date and any extension terms will be stated in the package details or communicated to the customer. Services not used before expiry may lapse, subject to applicable law and the package’s disclosed refund or extension terms.
10. Personal use and transfer
    Packages are intended for the customer named at purchase and may not be transferred, shared or exchanged for another person unless Cupid Power Wellness confirms otherwise in writing.
11. Charges and additional services
    The package price covers only the inclusions stated in its description. Additional consultations, tests, medicines, therapies or other services may incur separate charges. Any additional charge should be communicated to the customer before the service is provided.
12. Cancellation and refunds
    Cancellation, refund, rescheduling and package-extension requests will be handled under the refund policy disclosed at the time of purchase and applicable law. Any refund calculation will take account of services already provided and any applicable charges that were disclosed before purchase. Contact Cupid Power Wellness to submit a request.
13. Customer information and cooperation
    Customers should provide accurate medical and contact information, disclose relevant health conditions and follow instructions given by their healthcare professional. Delays or limitations in care may result if information is incomplete or required instructions are not followed.
14. Privacy and confidentiality
    Personal and health information will be handled in accordance with Cupid Power Wellness’ privacy policy and applicable law. Information may be used or shared where needed to provide care, coordinate services, process payments or meet legal obligations.
15. Changes to services
    Cupid Power Wellness may update package offerings, appointment availability or operating procedures. A customer’s purchase will be governed by the package inclusions and terms communicated at the time of purchase, subject to applicable law.

17. Logistics and international courier charges Logistics, shipping and courier charges for deliveries outside India are not included in any package price. These charges will be calculated separately and payable by the customer. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes or other local charges are also the customer’s responsibility.
